After you "kill" HER, you receive the layer.txt file which states: "You changed me and now I'm not scared" It seems to me pretty clear that the game portrays "White Face," "HER," and "Ivan Zanotti" as all somehow being the same person, hence the repeated occurrence of the name prompt with the option to give one of those answers.īefore you kill HER, you get the text about the entity changing, presumably from White Face to HER, and not liking the change.
